Cancellation policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Foreva, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel. By completing your subscription, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. This means you will receive and be charged for at least two shipments before cancellation becomes effective. Any cancellation request must be communicated within the seven (7) days prior to the next renewal date, as cancellations are processed during this period.

Frequency You will be billed every 4 weeks.

Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours Foreva offers the possibility to request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Cancellation can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed — meaning no shipping label has been generated, no package has been prepared, and no carrier pickup has occurred.

If the order has already been processed or handed over to the carrier, cancellation will no longer be possible. The customer may still exercise the right of return within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Return Policy.

To request cancellation, the customer must send a written communication to ✉ contact@tryforeva.com, including their full name and order number. Requests sent through other channels (chat, social media, phone) are not valid for legal purposes.

Deadline to Cancel a Subscription To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
