How do I place an order? +

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review your order before finalizing your purchase.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? +

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@tryforeva.com with your name and the email address used at checkout, and we'll resend your confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +

We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been accepted. If you need to make a

we'll do our best to help.

Are prices inclusive of taxes and duties? +

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or
customs/import charges unless expressly stated. Any applicable taxes will be
calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, import duties
and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long does shipping take? +

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will
be processed on the next business day.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in
the same condition you received it unopened, unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What is FOREVA AntiOx? +

FOREVA AntiOx is a premium dietary supplement containing 12mg of clinical-strength Astaxanthin, sourced from pure microalgae. It comes in an oil-based softgel designed for maximum absorption. Each pouch contains 60 softgels a full 2-month supply.
